Process
Five stages, no surprises
A typical whole-home renovation runs eight to twelve months from first visit to handover, with roughly a third of that spent on drawings before anyone lifts a tool.
Consultation
A private visit to the property. We discuss how you live, what the building can take and what the budget will realistically carry.
Concept
Plan options, sightline studies and a first material palette presented in person, with an indicative cost band.
Design Development
Full drawing set, joinery specification, lighting design and a fixed scope of works ready for tender.
Tender and Build
Competitive tender, weekly site meetings, cost control and quality checks through construction and fit-out.
Handover
Styling, two-stage snagging, warranties and a maintenance file for every finish in the house.

Start with a consultation
The first visit is a paid two-hour appointment. You leave with an honest read on what the property can take and what the work is likely to cost.
