FAQ
Straight answers, no jargon
- Can I update the website myself?
- Professional and Signature include a protected content panel at yourdomain.com/admin where you can update text, images, galleries, services, prices, testimonials and contact details. Essential sites are mostly static by design: we handle updates for you, or you can upgrade to Professional for self-management.
- Will I be able to break the design?
- No. The panel edits content only. Layout, typography, the design system, navigation and interaction stay under our control, so the site cannot drift out of shape.
- Do I need to understand the technology?
- No. You describe what the website needs to do. We choose and configure the appropriate system, connect your domain and hand over something you can run.
- Which package do I need?
- Presence, Interaction or Transaction. If you need to be found and contacted, that is Essential. If the site should take bookings or generate engagement, that is Professional. If it should take payment or sell, that is Signature.
- Does Professional include taking payment?
- Not by default. Booking and payment are different things. A single simple deposit or paid consultation can be added to Professional as a commerce add-on; multiple transactional features belong in Signature.
- How do the delivery timelines work?
- Essential three working days, Professional seven, Signature ten. Those clocks start after scope confirmation and once all required content and assets are complete, not at payment.
- What if my brief is bigger than the package I bought?
- We explain the difference and offer an add-on, an upgrade or a custom quote before additional work begins. We do not silently absorb out-of-scope work.
- Can you work faster?
- Sometimes. Rush delivery depends on capacity, scope and how complete your materials are, and may carry an additional fee. If you have a fixed urgent deadline, speak to us before purchasing.
- How do I pay?
- PayNow, PayPal, or card. PayNow details are provided at checkout. Bank transfers are verified against our business account before anything is confirmed.
- I already have a company website. Why would I need my own?
- Because a company page describes a role, not a reputation. Your own site travels with you, holds your work and positioning, and is the asset you keep when the role changes.
