Minimal back-and-forth, by design
No mandatory discovery call for a standard package. You buy, brief us once, and we confirm scope in writing before anything is built.

Choose or brief
Buy a package directly, or send a project brief if the requirement sits outside the standard scope. No consultation is required for a standard package.

Verified payment
Payment is confirmed only once we have independently verified receipt. Nothing is treated as paid on the strength of a redirect or an upload.

Project brief
A single guided brief captures positioning, content, imagery and the actions your website should produce.

Scope confirmation
We review the brief within three working days and confirm scope, anything outstanding and a start date. If requirements exceed the package, we say so before any work begins.

Build
Strategy, structure, art direction, build. The delivery clock begins only once scope is confirmed and all required content and assets are with us.

Review, launch, handover
One considered review round, launch to your own domain, then a short handover of the content panel. Nothing technical to learn.
Ownership
What is yours after payment
Once the project is paid in full, the delivered website is yours to use, operate and modify. You may change it yourself, hire us, or hire anyone else to work on it.

Where an account is registered in your name, it stays in your name. We hold access only while we are working for you.
What Frisson keeps
We retain our reusable intellectual property: design systems, templates, generic components, methods, internal workflows and reusable code patterns. You do not receive ownership of that underlying studio IP, and we do not claim ownership of your brand, content or data.
We are honest about portability: moving a bespoke website to another provider is possible, but it is real technical work, not a one-click export.
The build clock
Payment does not start delivery time. The clock begins only after scope is confirmed, required content and assets have been received and outstanding information is complete.

Payment integrity
We never describe a payment as received, completed or confirmed until it has been independently verified. A redirect, a success page or an uploaded transfer screenshot is never treated as confirmation. Bank transfers are checked against our business account; card and PayPal payments are confirmed by a verified provider event.
Scope protection
Purchasing a package reserves the selected service scope. Every brief is reviewed before work begins. If requirements materially exceed the purchased package, we explain the difference and offer an add-on, an upgrade or a custom quote first. We do not silently absorb out-of-scope work.
