Terms of service
Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask before purchasing.

1. These terms
Frisson House is a strategic web and digital studio operating from Singapore (UEN 53506210M). These terms apply to every package purchase, add-on and custom project unless replaced by a signed written proposal.
Purchasing a package, or submitting a project brief, confirms acceptance of these terms and of the refund and cancellation policy.
2. Scope
Purchasing a package reserves the selected service scope described on the Packages page at the time of purchase. Every brief is reviewed before work begins.
If submitted requirements materially exceed the purchased package, Frisson House will explain the difference and provide an optional add-on, upgrade or custom quote before additional work is carried out. Out-of-scope work is not absorbed silently, and is not undertaken without written agreement.
3. Payment
Accepted methods are PayNow to UEN 53506210M, PayPal and card payment. Payment is treated as received only once independently verified: bank transfers against our business account, card and PayPal payments by a verified provider event.
A browser redirect, success page, submitted reference or uploaded transfer screenshot is not confirmation of payment. Card details are never stored by Frisson House.
4. Delivery timelines
Target delivery is three working days for Essential, seven for Professional and ten for Signature.
These periods begin only once scope has been confirmed in writing and all required content, assets and outstanding information have been received. Payment alone does not start the delivery clock.
Rush delivery may be available subject to capacity, scope and material completeness, and may carry an additional fee. Availability is never guaranteed.
5. Client materials
The client is responsible for providing accurate copy, imagery, logos and any third-party assets, and confirms that it holds the necessary rights to use them.
Delays in providing materials extend delivery accordingly. Frisson House may pause a project where materials remain outstanding after reasonable follow-up.
6. Review and revisions
Each standard package includes one consolidated review round covering content corrections and reasonable refinements within the agreed scope.
Changes to positioning, structure, art direction or functionality after scope confirmation are treated as additional work and quoted separately.
7. Handover, hosting and accounts
Websites are delivered on client-owned infrastructure and accounts wherever appropriate, including domains and any payment, booking or commerce accounts.
Frisson House does not act as intermediary for client revenue. Where a client website takes payment, the relevant account belongs to the client and funds go directly to the client's own payment or banking infrastructure.
Frisson House will never request passwords, online banking credentials or payment provider passwords through forms or email.
8. Client editing
Every website includes a protected content panel for ordinary content updates. The panel is limited to content: layout, typography, design system, navigation architecture, animation, components and code remain under Frisson House control.
Frisson House is not responsible for content, pricing or claims published by the client through the panel.
9. Ownership
On full payment, the client owns the delivered website content, brand assets supplied by the client and the published site for its own use.
Frisson House retains ownership of its underlying methods, reusable components and studio systems, and may reference the completed project as portfolio work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Liability
Frisson House provides its services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
Frisson House is not liable for the performance, pricing changes or availability of third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting, booking providers, payment providers or commerce platforms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
