Booking is not payment. Professional includes scheduling; it does not include taking money, and it does not need to. One simple deposit or paid consultation can be added to Professional as a commerce add-on. Where several transactional functions are needed, Signature is the correct package.
Buying, and what happens next
All three standard packages can be purchased directly, no consultation required. Payment methods: PayNow, PayPal, or card. PayNow details are shown at checkout. A bank transfer is only treated as paid once we have verified receipt in our business account; until then it reads PayNow, awaiting verification.
Purchasing a package reserves the selected service scope. We review every project brief before work begins. If submitted requirements materially exceed the purchased package, we will explain the difference and provide an optional add-on, upgrade or custom quote before additional work begins.
Need something beyond the three?
Custom / Bespoke covers Frisson-level art direction, unusually ambitious interaction, substantial ecommerce, complex integrations and anything materially outside standard scope. Send a brief; we respond within three working days, and only propose a call if one is genuinely useful.
Need it faster?
Rush delivery may be available depending on capacity, scope, package and how complete your materials are, and may carry an additional fee. If you have a fixed urgent deadline, contact us before purchasing. Availability is never guaranteed.
