A short, honest account of what we hold and why.
Last updated 22 August 2026
1. What we collect
Enquiry and brief information you choose to send us: name, business or professional name, email and contact details, current website and social links, project requirements, budget and timeframe, and any materials you supply for the build.
Purchase information: the package selected, amount, payment method, provider reference and our internal project reference.
2. What we never ask for
We will never request passwords, online banking logins, payment provider passwords or other sensitive credentials through our forms or by email. Card details are never stored by Frisson House; card payments are handled by the payment provider.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, review scope, deliver and support your project, issue receipts and records, and send transactional emails relating to payment, briefs and project milestones.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
4. Storage and processors
Project, enquiry and payment records are held in access-controlled studio systems, restricted to authorised Frisson House administrators.
We use third-party processors for payment (card and PayPal), transactional email and hosting. Each processes information only as necessary to provide that service.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to twelve months. Project, payment and refund records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes.
6. Your requests
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to hello@frisson.site and we will respond within three working days.
7. Client websites
Websites we build for clients operate on client-owned infrastructure and accounts. Personal information collected by a client's own website is the responsibility of that client, under their own privacy notice.
